Sign-ups for 2007 Fall Season will be at Carmel Road Park on June 16 ^th,  July 14^th and July 21^st from 9:00 AM till 1:00 PM

For Fall signups, each participant must have 5 documents. (a) a copy of his/her birth certificate, (b) a copy of the full year report card from school year 2006-2007,  (c) the 2007 Pop Warner Participant Contract Form, (d) the 2007 Pop Warner Medical Form filled out by a physician and (e) The South Park Registration Form.
